Red Garnet

Ruby

• Ruby is the second most commonly noted January birthstone. 

• Ruby is the sun sign stone of Leo, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Aries, Cancer.

• Known as the “Stone of Nobility” and the “Stone of Wise Choices”.

• Ruby is the stone to give for 15th and 40th anniversaries. 

• If you live in India or Myanmar, this is your National Stone.

• Ruby is the stone for those whose spirit guide is the Crab.

• Ruby (like Garnet) honors Sekhmet, the Egyptian Goddess of War. 

• Ruby also honors Befana, the Italian Goddess of Twelfth Night.

• Rose Quartz (along with Garnet) is the stone to give for the 2nd anniversary.

• Rose Quartz is the stone for those whose spirit guide is the Manatee.

• Vibration: gentleness, unconditional love, joy, warmth, and emotional healing. Manifests Goddess energy.
